Do I have to pay sales tax?
	California residence are required by law to pay sales tax

	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to access your account and order history, as well as print invoices.
When will my account be credited?
	Credits due for returned item(s) will be processed within 7 business days of receiving returned item(s).   Processing times on other credits due may vary based on the purpose of the credit or any other arrangements that may exists between us and the customer.  Once we have initiated credit, we cannot guarantee the processing times of your bank or credit card company to finalize the transaction.
When will my credit card be charged?
	Your credit card will be charged immediately upon finalizing order.  We cannot guarantee the processing times of your bank or credit card company once payment has been initiated.
